【摘要】 目的研究不同康复疗养措施对高原官兵脱习服症状的改善作用。方法将31名高原官兵分为常规疗养组和常规疗养+高压氧疗组,分别于疗养1 d、15 d及30 d时记录高原脱习服症状并对其评分进行比较。结果疗养15 d常规疗养+高压氧疗组的高原脱习服症状评分与常规疗养组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疗养15 d、30 d后两组海拔4 000 m、5 000 m官兵、守防6个月、12个月官兵较入院脱习服症状明显减轻(P<0.05),疗养30 d较疗养15 d症状变化显著(P<0.01)。结论定期组织下高原官兵到疗养院进行高原脱习服,疗养期间配合高压氧疗法对提高官兵适应平原生活,提高疗养效果有很好的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the improving effects of different rehabilitation and recuperation measures on deacclimatization symptoms of plateau officers and soldiers. Methods 31 plateau officers and soldiers were divided into two groups of normal recuperation group and hyperbaric oxygen therapy group(normal recuperation+hyperbaric oxygen therapy),whose deacclimatization symptoms on the 1st day,15 th day and 30 th day were recorded and the scores were compared. Results On the 15 th day,the plateau deacclimatization symptom scores of the hyperbaric oxygen therapy group showed differences of statistical significance compared with the normal recuperation group( P <0.05).Deacclimatization symptoms in both groups were significantly relieved on the 15 th and 30 th day among the plateau officers and soldiers from the altitude of 4 000 m and 5 000 m with 6 months and 12 months of defense( P <0.05),and the effects of the 30 th day were better than the 15 th day( P <0.01).Conclusion Plateau officers and soldiers should be admitted to sanatorium regularly for plateau deacclimatization,and hyperbaric oxygen therapy during convalescence can increase their adjustment to life on the plain,and enhance the recuperation effects.更多还原
