中国节能服务产业:从无到有、从弱到强
Developments and Achievements of China ESCO Industry
【摘要】 本文系统梳理了节能服务产业近20年来的发展历程,总结了为促进节能服务产业发展所采取的政策、手段和实施效果,全面回顾了节能服务产业取得的各项成就。
【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the development of China ESCO industry during the last twenty years; identifies the policies,measures and implementation effects for promoting the ESCO industry development; reviews the key achievements.
