【Abstract】 Southwestern provinces have unique advantages in participating energy cooperation under the Belt and Road, while also facing obstacles, such as uncoordinated between central enterprises and other provinces, risk of investment, contradiction of cross-border rivers, etc. Four recommendations are proposed, including using the unique advantage, strengthening coordination, expanding scope of energy cooperation, and building cooperation mechanism for the development of cross-border rivers.更多还原
