【摘要】 根据健康现代化原理,选择代表健康现代化典型特征的关键指标,建立健康现代化的评价模型。利用此模型对2000~2014年世界131个国家的健康现代化水平进行定量评价,结果显示,2014年,瑞典、澳大利亚等25个国家属于健康发达国家,希腊、克罗地亚等22个国家属于健康中等发达国家,阿根廷、中国等33个国家属于健康初等发达国家,博茨瓦纳等51个国家属于健康欠发达国家。2000~2014年期间,健康现代化地位发生变化的国家有20个;其中,升级国家有14个,降级国家有6个。健康发达国家的比例约为18%~19%,健康发展中国家的比例约为81%~82%。健康水平从高到低的排序大致是:欧洲、美洲、亚洲和非洲。2014年,中国的健康现代化指数为41,排在131个国家的第59位。中国健康现代化指数与高收入国家平均值相比,绝对差距为59,相对差距约为1.4倍。中国健康现代化的整体水平和多数单指标水平,都有明显的国际差距。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the principle of health modernization, China Modernization Report 2017 chooses the key indicators that represent the typical characteristics of health modernization and establishes the evaluation model of health modernization. Using this model to assess the level of health modernization in 131 countries from 2000 to 2014. The results of assessment indicate: 25 countries including Sweden and Australia etc. belong to in developed countries in health area, 22 countries, such as Greece and Croatia, belong to medium developed countries in health area, 33 countries, for example Argentina and China, belongs to primary developed countries, 51 countries, such as Botswana, belong to the health of underdeveloped countries in 2014. During 2000-2014, there were 20 countries changed their status in health modernization, which include14 countries upgraded and 6 countries downgraded. The proportion of healthy developed countries is about 18%~19%, and the proportion of healthy developing countries is about 81%-82%. The ranking of health from high to low roughly is: Europe, America, Asia and Africa. The health modernization index of China was 41, ranking 59 th in 131 countries in 2014 which had the absolute gap 59 and the relative gap of about 1.4 times,compared with the average of high-income countries.The overall level and most of single indicators of China’s health modernization both have obvious international gap.更多还原
