基于L、a、b色度系统的乌骨鸡肤色规律研究
Study on the Regular Pattern of Skin Color in Silky Fowls Based on L, a and b Chroma System
【摘要】 研究选取乌骨鸡群体,分别于7、10和15周龄随机选取60只(公母各半)进行屠宰测定,收集颈、肩周、髋关节、肛周和胫部皮肤,肌肉、骨膜、嗉囊、肌胃、小肠、心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肾脏等不同位点L、a和b值,阐明肤色分布规律和色度指标之间的关系。结果显示:7周龄时,公母鸡皮肤和肌肉的L、a和b值存在较大差异,10、15周龄公母鸡间差异不显著。L、a和b值在乌骨鸡群体中存在非线性回归关系:L=4.33a~2+0.31b~2-4.59a+4.65b+36.02,说明肤色选育需要同时约束三个指标才能取得比较满意的结果。经因子分析发现,L值解释了31.4%的方差变异且比较有规律可以作为肤色选育的主选指标,其次是肛周和胫部的a、b值比较能够反映肤色的变异,可作为辅选指标。
【Abstract】 In this study, 60 Silky Fowls(30 male and 30 female)were randomly selected at to slaughter 7, 10 and 15 weeks of age, respectively. The L, a and b values of neck, shoulder, hip, perianal, tibial, muscle, periosteum,crop, muscle, small intestine, heart, liver, spleen and kidney were collected, to clarify the relationship between the distribution of skin color and chroma indicators. The results showed that there were significant differences in L, a and b values between skin and muscle of male and female chickens at 7 weeks of age, and there was no significant difference between male and female chickens at 10 and 15 weeks of age. L, a and b values in Silky Fowls, there was a non-linear regression relationship: L=4.33a~2+0.31b~2-4.59a+4.65b+36.02, which was indicated that skin color breeding needed to control three indicators at the same time in order to achieve satisfactory effect. According to the factor analysis, it was found that the L value explained 31.4% variance and was more regular as the main selection index of skin color breeding. Secondly, the a and b values of the perianum and tibia can reflect the variation of skin color,they can be used as auxiliary indicators.
