【摘要】 目的调查基层医务人员向服务对象推荐流行性感冒(流感)疫苗(Influenza vaccine,InfV)的意愿及其影响因素。方法采用自行设计的调查表于2016年9月对宁波市江东区街道社区卫生服务中心医务人员进行问卷调查,使用Logistic回归方法对InfV推荐意愿的影响因素进行分析。结果 81.64%(249/305)的医务人员有InfV推荐意愿。Logistic回归分析显示,医务人员的工作单位、InfV接种史(OR=4.74,95%CI:2.04-11.02)、流感防治知识得分(OR=2.03,95%CI:1.02-4.05)是影响InfV推荐意愿的主要因素。结论基层医务人员向服务对象推荐InfV的意愿较高,其接种InfV和掌握流感防治知识可提高InfV推荐意愿。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate primary medical staff willingness to recommend influenza vaccine( InfV) to patients and identify factors influencing staff willingness to recommend InfV. Methods A selfadministered questionnaire was used to investigate medical staff of community health service centers in Jiangdong district of Ningbo city in September 2016. Willingness and its influencing factors were analyzed by logistic regression. Results 81. 64%( 249/305) of primary medical staff would recommend InfV to patients. Logistic regression analysis showed that workplace,InfV vaccination history of staff( OR =4. 74,95% CI: 2. 04-11. 02),and knowledge of influenza prevention( OR = 2. 03,95% CI: 1. 02-4. 05) were major factors influencing staff willingness to recommend InfV. Conclusions There is a high willingness of primary medical staff in recommending InfV to patients.
