【摘要】 目的了解河南省2016年健康人群麻疹、风疹、流行性腮腺炎(流腮)抗体水平。方法采用系统抽样方法选择河南省3个县(区)8个年龄组共449名健康人采集血标本,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定血清中麻疹、风疹、流腮Ig G抗体。结果在449名监测对象中,麻疹、风疹、流腮抗体阳性率分别为93.99%、88.42%、87.08%,抗体几何平均浓度(GMC)分别为1 180.57m IU/ml、78.57IU/ml、555.69IU/ml。麻疹和风疹抗体阳性率在各年龄组之间无显著性差异、各地区之间有显著性差异;流腮抗体阳性率在各年龄组之间有显著性差异,在地区之间无显著性差异。麻疹和流腮GMC在各年龄组和地区之间均有显著性差异,风疹GMC在各地区间有显著性差异,在年龄组之间无显著性差异。结论河南省健康人群麻疹、风疹、流腮抗体水平整体较高,需加强弱势区域和重点年龄组含麻疹、风疹、流腮成分疫苗的接种工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine measles,rubella and mumps antibody levels in a healthy population in Henan province in 2016. Methods A total of 449 healthy people were randomly selected from 8 age groups in 3 counties of Henan. Serum samples were collected from all subject for testing Ig G antibody of measles,rubella and mumps by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results In 449 subjects,the positivity rates of measles,rubella and mumps antibody were 93. 99%,88. 42% and87. 08%,respectively, and the geometric mean concentrations(GMCs) were 1 180. 57 m IU/ml,78. 57IU/ml and 555. 69IU/ml,respectively. There were significant differences in positivity rates of measles and rubella antibody among counties but not among age groups; significant differences in positivity rates of mumps antibody were seen among age groups but not among counties. There were significant differences in GMCs of measles and mumps antibody among age groups and among counties; significant differences in GMCs of rubella antibody were seen among counties but not among age groups.Conclusions The antibody levels of measles,rubella and mumps were high in healthy people in Henan.Immunization of measles,rubella and/or mumps containing vaccines should be strengthened in priority areas and/or age groups.更多还原
