工业机器人整机性能测试进展
Progress in the performance test of industrial robots
【摘要】 工业机器人是实现数字化无人工厂为特征的工业4.0基础设备,我国已连续四年销量全球第一.以工业机器人为核心的智能制造行业蓬勃发展,但国内机器人检测方法,以及相关的检测设备的发展却参差不齐.现就机器人整机性能检测与校准存在的问题、检测技术与仪器的现状、最新发展成果等进行综述.
【Abstract】 The industrial robot is a basic equipment of Industry 4.0. The robot production of China has led the world for four consecutive years. The intelligent manufacturing industy based on industial robots has developed rapidly,but current efforts on standardization are not sufficient. The testing equipment and methods are different. Thus,it is an important issue to unify the standard and the method of robot evaluation. In this paper, we summarized the development of detection technology for robots.
