油水置换水下储油技术在海上油田开发中的应用

【摘要】 通过大量调研,对干式储油模式和湿式储油模式进行分析比较,回顾油水置换水下储油技术发展历史,给出国外已建成的26座湿式储油结构物的基本情况。以Hebron平台为例,介绍了混凝土湿式储油平台的主要特点,分析总结了油水置换储油的关键技术问题。介绍了国内油水置换技术的研究情况,提出了一种新型深水Spar钻井生产储卸油平台,并介绍了该平台储油系统的储卸油操作工艺流程、已完成的相关试验与计算研究工作。

【Abstract】 In the present paper,two fundamental forms of offshore oil storage system,dry and wet,are analyzed and compared by consulting agreat deal of academic literatures and web resources.The development history of oil-water displacement underwater oil storage technology is reviewed in brief.The basic information of 26 wet storage structures installed in foreign offshore oil fields are listed.The main features of concrete wet-storage platform are introduced by taking Hebron platform as an example.Some critical technical problems involved in oil-water displacement storage system are analyzed and summarized.At the end of the paper,a new deep-water Spar Drilling Production Storage Offloading platform is proposed,and the oil storage/offloading process of SDPSO storage system and corresponding experimental and numerical studies are introduced.
