【摘要】 基于30个省(市、区)2000—2015年的面板数据,引入多层线性模型,考察省级产学研合作政策对省域校企技术合作专利产出的直接影响,以及国家级产学研合作政策对省域校企技术合作专利产出的间接影响。主要发现:第一,省级产学研合作政策对校企技术合作专利产出具有显著的直接正面影响;第二,国家级产学研合作政策可通过对省级产学研合作政策的(正)斜率产生提升作用而对校企技术合作专利产出带来间接影响效应,但对市场自发的校企技术合作行为产生一定的"挤出效应",会降低省域技术市场建设对校企技术合作专利产出的正面影响效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the panel data of 30 provinces from 2000 to 2015, this paper inspects separately the direct effect of provincial cooperation policy and indirect effect of national cooperation policy on the provincial technology patents jointly applied by enterprises and universities, using multilevel-linear-model. Specific research conclusions include: Firstly, the direct effect of provincial cooperation policy on the provincial technology patents jointly applied by enterprises and universities is significant positive. Secondly, the national cooperation policy has a indirect positive effect on the provincial technology patents jointly applied by enterprises and universities by enhancing the(positive) slope of the provincial industry-university-research cooperation policy; however, it takes a certain "crowding-out effect" on the market-spontaneous technological cooperation between enterprises and enterprises. That is, it will reduce the positive effect of provincial technology market construction on the provincial technology patents jointly applied by enterprises and universities.更多还原
