【摘要】 目的评价超声在膝关节骨关节炎患者中股骨髁关节面软骨损伤的诊断价值。方法根据国际软骨修复协会软骨损伤的分级标准,对20例膝关节骨关节炎患者膝关节置换术截骨残片的关节面软骨进行了大体肉眼观察和超声检查的对比研究。结果88个含有关节面软骨的股骨远端截骨残片大体肉眼观察发现0、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级软骨损伤0、7、31、36、14个,而超声检查显示0、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级软骨损伤2、5、26、43、12个。对比统计分析显示结果显著相关(相关系数0.963,P<0.05)。结论超声能准确显示股骨髁远端关节面各级软骨损伤,对于Ⅱ、Ⅲ级软骨损伤超声诊断较肉眼观察更准确、可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in the defection of articular cartilage of distal femur in knee osteoarthritis patients.Methods A comparative study was conducted according to ICRS cartilage injury classification system.Residual bone fragments with articular cartilage of distal femur obtained by osteotomy during the total knee arthroplasty in 20 patients with osteoarthritis were visualized by naked eye and ultrasonography.Results Results of 88 bone fragments with articular cartilage of the distal femur visualized by naked eye revealed 0-Ⅳ articular cartilage injury in 0,7,31,36,14 fragments respectively.Results of the ultrasonography revealed 0-Ⅳ articular cartilage injury 2,5,26,43 and 12fragments respectively.Comparative statistical analysis of the results showed a significant correlation of the two methods(correlation coefficient 0.9,P< 0.05).Conclusions Ultrasonography can accurately visualize different degree of the articular cartilage injury.Ultrasonography visualization is more accurate and reliable than visualization by the naked eye in Ⅱ-Ⅲ cartilage injury.更多还原
