【摘要】 目的了解广州市海珠区老年男性人群相关知识、态度及行为现状,为针对性开展老年人艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法由经过培训的调查员对调查对象进行面对面问卷调查及艾滋病、梅毒血清学检测。结果共调查696人,艾滋病知识总知晓率为63.2%(440/696)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,文化程度高、经常体育锻炼、最近一年接受过预防艾滋病服务、最近一年发生性行为,是有利于提高艾滋病知晓率的影响因素(P<0.05),OR值分别为1.808、1.883、1.981和3.237。如果朋友或者家人感染了艾滋病,接近一半的人(48.4%)不愿意继续跟他/她接触。发生临时性行为或商业性行为时使用安全套的比例分别只有57.1%和50.0%,没有使用的原因是身边没有、价格太贵或本人不愿意使用等。HIV和梅毒抗体阳性检出率分别为0.2%、1.1%。结论广州市海珠区老年男性艾滋病知识知晓率和安全套使用率均较低,应加大对文化程度低、没有经常体育锻炼、最近一年没有接受过预防艾滋病服务的老年男性的艾滋病宣传干预和动员检测力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To understand the knowledge of HIV/AIDS and associated factors,high risk behaviors,HIV and syphilis infection among the elderly males people in Haizhu District of Guangzhou City,and to provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of AIDS in the elderly people. METHODS The information about HIV/AIDS knowledge and related behaviors among the elderly people were collected with a face-to-face questionnaire interview. Serological tests for HIV and syphilis were performed after questionnaire. RESULTS A total of 696 people were recruited, the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS prevention-related knowledge was 63.2% (440/696). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that high educational level,regular physical exercise,receiving intervention services in the last year and sexual behavior in the last year were conducive to improve the rate of awareness of the AIDS knowledge(P<0.05),the odds ratio(OR) values were 1.808,1.883,1.981 and 3.237,respectively. If a friend or family is infected with HIV,nearly half(48.4%) is reluctant to continue to contact him/her. The proportion of condoms used for temporary or commercial sexual behavior was 57.1% and 50.0%, respectively. The reason for not using condoms is not around,the price is too expensive or I do not want to use etc. HIV and syphilis infection rates in the elderly people were 0.2% and 1.1%,respectively. CONCLUSION The elderly men’s awareness of AIDS and condom use rates were low in Haizhu District of Guangzhou City,should increase the low level of education,there is no regular physical exercise,the last year did not receive AIDS prevention services for older men AIDS advocacy intervention and mobilization test strength.更多还原
