【摘要】 目的研究对普外科手术后疼痛患者提供综合护理干预措施的应用效果。方法将会宁县人民医院普外科于2015年3月—2016年5月间收治的76例因病接受手术的患者,按照入院先后顺序将其划分为对照组与干预组,每组各38例。对照组患者接受常规手术期间护理服务,干预组接受综合早期护理干预,观察两组患者疼痛改善情况及对临床护理服务满意度;评估两组患者护理干预前后心理焦虑、抑郁评分及生活质量评分。结果护理干预后,干预组患者疼痛情况改善良好,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者护理满意度为65.79%,干预组为94.74%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者出院后健康状态、身心舒适度、心理状态及社会功能等指标评分均低于干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经护理干预后,干预组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期实施综合护理干预措施,可以减轻外科患者术后的疼痛程度,帮助患者培养良好的心理状态和正确的保护措施,有利于术后恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical effect of early nursing intervention in the pain degree after the surgical operation.METHOD 76 patients treated from March 2015 to May 2016 in target general surgery department were selected. The patients were di-vided into two groups according to the registration number,38 cases each group. The control group adopted the conventional nursingcare,the intervention group adopted the early nursing intervention. The pain degree and nursing satisfaction was observed. RESULT After nursing intervention,the intervention group patients pain improvement was good,compared with control group,the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05). Control group patients nursing satisfaction was 65.79%,the intervention group was 94.74%,the two comparative difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Control group patients after discharge state of health,physicaland mental comfort,psychological status and social function index score below the intervention group,the difference was statistical-ly significant(P<0.05). After nursing intervention,the intervention group patients with SAS,SDS scores were lower than the con-trol group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Early comprehensive nursing intervention measures,could reduce the surgical patients with postoperative pain degree,help patients to develop excellent psychological state and the rightprotective measures,which was advantageous to the postoperative recovery.更多还原
