【摘要】 目的探讨疗效显著而并发症少的内镜下联合治疗食管胃底静脉曲张的方法。方法将200例食管胃底静脉曲张患者采用回顾性、对照性临床验证,依性别、年龄和病情相近原则分为:(1)硬化、栓塞治疗组120例;(2)套扎、硬化和栓塞治疗组80例,通过对止血率,曲张静脉消失率、并发症发生率、曲张静脉复发率、再出血率、治疗次数和静脉消失时间等进行对比研究。结果硬化、栓塞治疗组急诊止血成功率为96.5%,静脉曲张消失率为81.7%,总体并发症发生率为67.5%,复发率为8.3%,再出血率为6.7%。套扎、硬化和栓塞治疗组急诊止血成功率为95.2%,静脉曲张消失率为88.8%,总体并发症发生率为13.6%,复发率为8.8%,再出血率为7.5%。结论套扎、硬化和栓塞治疗术较单纯硬化、栓塞治疗具有明显优势,在情况允许的时候应首选套扎、硬化和栓塞联合治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the expected effective treatment with less complications under endoscopy on gastroesophageal var-ices. METHODS 200 gastroesophageal varices cases were studied by retrospective and Controlled clinical trials. The cases were divid-ed into two groups according to principle of similarity sex,ages and Pathogenetic condition. Group1:sclerotic embolization treat-ment group(n=120);Group2:combining ligation,sclerosis and embolism treatment group(n=80). Hemostatic rates,variceal eradi-cation rates,complication rates,varices recurrent rates,rebleeding rates,treatment times and varices eradicate period were com-pared between two groups. RESULTS Sclerotic embolization treatment group:emergency homeostasis rate was 96.5%,variceal eradi-cation rate was 81.7%,complication rate was 67.5%,varices recurrent rate was 8.3%,combining recurrent bleeding rate was 6.7%.Combining ligation,sclerosis and embolism treatment group:emergency homeostasis rate was 95.2%,variceal eradication rate was88.8%,complication rate was 13.6%,varices recurrent rate was 8.8%,recurrent bleeding rate was 7.5%. CONCLUSION combiningligation,sclerosis and embolism treatment was significantly more effective to gastroesophageal varices.更多还原
