【摘要】 目的分析宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果,并对术后复发的预防方法及效果进行探究。方法回顾性分析41例子宫内膜息肉患者的临床资料,所选病例均接受宫腔镜治疗,术后开展系统性的治疗措施预防复发,对其临床治疗情况进行总结。结果 41例患者均成功开展手术治疗,治疗成功率达到100.0%;术后系统性治疗后,2年内仅有2例复发,复发率为4.88%(2/41)。结论宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉,临床效果显著,术后配合系统性干预及治疗,可最大程度预防疾病复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hysteroscopy on endometrial polyps and to explore the prevention methods and effects of postoperative recurrence. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 41 examples with intrauterine membrane polyp, the selected cases treated with hysteroscopy, postoperative systemic therapy, sufficient to prevent a relapse,to summarize the clinical treatment. Results All 41 patients in this group had successful operation and the success rate was 100.0%. After postoperative systematic treatment,only 2 cases of recurrence were found in 2 years, and the recurrence rate was 4.88%. Conclusion Hysteroscopic treatment of endometrial polyps is effective in the treatment of endometrial polyps, and it can be used to prevent the recurrence of the disease.更多还原
