新疆野生苜蓿属种质资源表型变异分析

【摘要】 为了提高新疆地区野生苜蓿属种质资源的利用效率,对来自新疆地区的36份野生苜蓿材料13个数量性状和6个质量性状的遗传变异、性状间相关性、主成分及聚类关系等进行了分析,结果表明:不同材料间各性状具有广泛变异,裂荚情况、花色和叶宽的变异幅度最大。各性状间存在显著或极显著相关性。主成分分析显示,前6个主成分累积贡献率达85.79%,反映了总体数据的大部分信息。基于欧氏距离的UPGMA聚类分析将36份野生苜蓿材料分成7个主要类群,第Ⅰ类、第Ⅳ类材料可作为苜蓿育种优异材料。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the utilization efficiency of wild Medicago L.germplasm in Xinjiang,the genetic variation,character correlation,principal component analysis and cluster analysis of 36 wild materials of Medicago L.were studied based on 13 quantitative traits and 6 qualitative traits.According to the coefficient of variation,all studied characteristics showed a high degree of variability,but it were highly pronounced for the dehiscence,flower color and leaf width.There were significant or highly significant correlations among most morphological characters of Medicago L.germplasms.The values of accumulative contribution rate for the first 6 principal components were 85.79%,and reflected the most information of the three species of Medicago L..Based on the cluster analysis using UPGMA method,36 populations were clustered into seven main groups.The germplasms which clustered in GroupⅠ and GroupⅣcan be used as excellent materials for the breeding and improvement of alfalfa.
