【摘要】 探讨在医疗行业如何利用APP、微信、支付宝等信息化手段,为患者提供更加方便、快捷的诊疗服务,提升医院服务水平,这也是医院移动医疗系统的主要课题。利用云平台和院内DMZ区域,保证内外网信息的安全存储和数据传输。通过院内系统和流程改造,实现各系统间的数据标准化及互联互通,改善门诊流程,缩短患者等候时间,提高患者满意度,实现患者就诊ID的唯一性,实现更精准的诊疗模式。开通微信公众号、支付宝服务窗及医院APP,实现利用手机终端完成挂号、查询、缴费等操作,并逐步推广医生端和管理端功能,为下一步开展医生随访等业务打下基础。更多还原
