【摘要】 目的探讨高血压患者住院费用的趋势及其影响因素,为高血压综合防治提供参考依据。方法选取2013年-2015年深圳市某区全部公立医院收治的9066例高血压患者为研究对象,采用单因素方差分析及多元逐步回归分析法对其住院费用的影响因素进行分析。结果 9066例高血压患者平均住院天数为7天(中位数),患者年龄为61岁(中位数);人均住院费用(中位数)6161.50元,日均住院费用逐年上升;药品费用(中位数)为1695元,药品费用与药占比均逐年降低;影响住院费用的因素依次为:住院天数、年龄、自费(支付方式)、入院次数、药占比、急诊(入院途径)、性别等。结论 2013年-2015年间高血压患者住院费用未明显上升,建议进一步加强高血压综合防治力度,提高高血压人群的知晓率、治疗率、控制率,缩短住院天数,减轻患者的疾病负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To explore the tendency and influencing factors of hospitalization expenses in patients with hypertension,and provide reference for complex treatment in hypertension.Methods 9066 cases of hypertensive patients were selected into samples from governmental hospital in a district of Shenzhen from 2013 to 2015,with the single factor variance analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis on the hospitahzation expenses and influencing factors.Results By investigating 9066 cases of hypertensive patients,the average length of stay was 7days(median),the average age was 61 years old(median).The average hospitalization expenses was 6161.50Yuan(median),the average daily hospitalization expenses was increased year by year.The medical expense was1695 Yuan(median),which was decreased year by year,so as the drug proportion.The factors affecting the hospitalization expenses in proper order included hospital days,age,payment method,the number of hospital admission,the proportion of drug,admission pathway,gender and so on.Conclusions The hospitalization expenses in patients with hypertension increased insignificantly from 2013 to 2015.We suggested to strengthen efforts for the prevention and control of hypertension,increase the awareness,the treatment and control rates of hypertension patients,so as to shorten the length of hospitalization days and reduce the patient’s disease burden.更多还原
