【摘要】 目的分析重庆市区县级妇幼保健机构产科资源及其服务状况,为制定缓解产科供需矛盾的决策提供理论依据。方法描述性分析2015年重庆市各区县级妇幼保健机构人力资源与产科床位及分娩情况的关系。结果全市区县级妇幼保健机构在岗职工6 149人,医师占29.65%,医护比为1∶1.26;产科医师410人,占全部医师的22.49%;助产士187人,占注册护士的8.17%。产科医师助产服务效率为161.13,助产士助产服务效率为353.27;每千活产拥有产科床位数为19.75张,每千活产拥有助产士2.83人。结论重庆市区县级妇幼保健机构产科医师及助产士配备不足且比例失衡,产科工作量超负荷,需进一步合理规划产科资源配备提高服务质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze obstetric resource and service status of maternal and child health care institutions at district and county level in Chongqing,provide a theoretical basis for making policies to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand in Department of Obstetrics. Methods The relationships between obstetric human resources,obstetrics beds,and delivery conditions in maternal and child health care institutions at district and county level in Chongqing in 2015 were analyzed by descriptive analysis method.Results There were 6 149 fully employed staff and workers in maternal and child health care institutions at district and county level in Chongqing,29. 65% of them were doctors, the ratio of doctors to nurses was 1 ∶ 1. 26. There were 410 obstetricians, accounting for22. 49% of the whole doctors; there were 187 midwives,accounting for 8. 17% of registered nurses. The midwifery service efficiencies of obstetricians and midwives were 161. 13 and 353. 27,respectively. The number of obstetric beds per thousand live births was 19. 75,and the number of midwives per thousand live births was 2. 83. Conclusion The obstetricians and midwives are insufficient in maternal and child health care institutions at district and county level in Chongqing,and the ratio of human resource is unbalanced,the workload of obstetric staff is overloaded.
