厦门市学龄前儿童体成分分析

【摘要】 目的了解学龄前儿童体成分对于评价儿童营养生长状况的价值。方法选取厦门市区8所幼儿园3~6岁正常儿童1 243名,采用生物电阻抗法进行体成分测定。结果 3~6岁男女童体脂率随年龄增长而降低,且女童体脂率大于男童,去脂体重、去脂体重率随年龄增长而增加,且男童去脂体重率大于女童,基础代谢率随年龄增长而增加,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);3~6岁男童体质指数随年龄增加而降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);3~6岁女童体质指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生物电阻抗法检查儿童身体成分,评价儿童营养生长状况,在儿童保健门诊或托幼机构可以作为指导儿童合理饮食安排和运动的参考依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the value of body composition of preschool children in evaluating nutritional status of children.Methods A total of 1 243 normal children aged 3-6 years old were selected from 8 kindergartens in urban areas of Xiamen city,bioelectrical impedance analysis(BIA) was used to measure body composition.Results Body fat percentages of boys and girls aged 3-6 years old decreased with age,body fat percentage of girls was higher than that of boys.Fat free mass and fat free mass percentage increased with age,fat free mass percentage of boys was higher than that of girls,basal metabolic rate increased with age,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Body mass index(BMI) of boys aged 3-6 years old decreased with age,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).there was no statistically significant difference in girls aged 3-6 years old(P>0.05).Conclusion Bioelectrical impedance analysis can measure body composition of children,evaluate nutritional and growth status of children,which can be used as reference to guide rational arrangement of diet and exercise in child health care clinic or kindergartens.
