【摘要】 目的描述河南省农村地区育龄妇女孕前超重和肥胖的流行特征,为孕前和孕期优生指导提供依据。方法选取河南省孟州市、辉县市、修武县和南乐县为项目点,整群抽取试点地区2012年符合生育政策且计划怀孕的农村育龄妇女为研究对象。测量被调查育龄妇女的身高、体重,计算体重指数(BMI),按照《中国成年人超重和肥胖症预防控制指南》推荐的女性分类标准进行评判,数据整理经逻辑检查无误后应用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果 1调查对象平均身高(160.4±5.1)cm,平均体重(56.4±8.2)kg;超重或肥胖者(BMI≥24 kg/m~2)3 226例,占调查总人数的20.5%(3 226/15 738),其中超重(24 kg/m~2≤BMI<28 kg/m~2)2 531例,肥胖(BMI≥28 kg/m~2)695例。2与其他县区相比,辉县育龄妇女超重/肥胖率较高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=201.985,P=0.000)。3 30岁以下女性超重/肥胖率(19.3%)低于31岁以上女性超重/肥胖率(34.4%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=151.923,P=0.000)。结论河南省项目地区计划怀孕育龄妇女超重/肥胖率随着年龄的增长而增加。建议对超重/肥胖妇女开展针对性的健康教育活动,提高其对超重和肥胖危害的认识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To describe the epidemiological characteristics of overweight and obesity in the women of childbearing age preparing for pregnancy in rural areas of He’nan province,provide a basis for eugenic guidance before and during pregnancy. Methods Mengzhou city,Hui county,Xiuwu county and Nanle county were selected as project sites,the women of childbearing age preparing for pregnancy in 2012 were selected,height and weight were measured,body mass index( BMI) was calculated,according to " the Guidelines for Prevention and Control of Overweight and Obesity of Chinese Adults" recommended classification criteria,the women were judged,then the data was analyzed with SPSS19. 0 software. Results The average height of the women was( 160. 1 ± 5. 1) cm,and the average weight was( 56. 4±8. 2) kg,20. 5% of the women were overweight or obese( BMI≥24 kg/m~2)( 3 252 /15 738),including 2 531 women with overweight( 24 kg / m~2≤BMI<28 kg/m~2) and 695 women with obesity( BMI≥28 kg/m~2). Compared with other counties( districts),the incidence rates of overweight and obesity in Hui county were higher,there were statistically significant differences( χ~2= 201. 985,P = 0. 000).The incidence rate of overweight and obesity in women under 30 years old was 19. 3%,which was statistically significantly lower than that in women more than 30 years old( 34. 4%)( χ~2= 151. 923,P = 0. 000). Conclusion The prevalence rate of overweight / obesity in women preparing for pregnancy in rural areas of He’nan province increases with age. It is recommended to carry out health education targeting to the women with overweight and obesity and improve their awareness about harms of overweight / obesity.更多还原
