基于Rife算法的掘进工作面FMCW雷达高精度测距算法研究
Research on High Precision Ranging Algorithm of FMCW Radar Based on Rife Algorithm in heading Face
【摘要】 煤矿自动化、无人化是发展的必然趋势,实时准确掌握掘进面空间位置成为急需解决的问题。FMCW雷达适用于掘进工作面的复杂环境,但测量精度有待提高,在分析掘进工作面复杂环境对测距精度影响的基础上,将信号滤波、加窗后采用频谱相位判断Rife算法插值方向,并进行环境模拟测距实验,针对掘进工作面多目标及强噪声环境,提出了基于频谱相位与Rife算法相结合的FMCW雷达测距改进算法,实验表明,滤波、加窗后噪声明显减弱、FFT频谱更加光滑,改进算法对掘进工作面位置的测量精度达到了±0.1m。
【Abstract】 Coal mine automation and unmanned is the inevitable trend of development.It is an urgent problem to grasp the space position of tunneling face in real time.FMCW radar for heading face in complex environment,but the accuracy needs to be improved,based on analyzing the influence of tunneling face complex environment on measurement accuracy,signal filtering,windowing by spectral phase Rife interpolation algorithm to judge the direction and distance measuring environment simulation experiment for heading face multiple targets and strong noise the environment,proposed spectral phase and Rife algorithm based on the combination of the improved algorithm,FMCW radar ranging experiments show that the filter,the windowed noise decreased significantly,the FFT spectrum is more smooth and the measurement accuracy of the improved algorithm for heading face position to ± 0. 1 m.
