【Abstract】 This paper introduces a kind of the device which can be measured with tritium outgassing rate of tritium waste barrels. The device is designed with bubbler sampling measurement,ionization chamber tritium monitor with open circuit and closed circuit measurement three work modes,to measure outgassing rate of contain tritium waste barrels from high to low.
