【摘要】 目的 综合分析鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的护理措施。方法选取我院2013年5月~2016年12月收治的慢性鼻窦炎患者124例。按照数字随机表法将124例患者分为实验组(62例,应用综合护理方法)与对照组(62例,应用常规护理方法 )。采用SPSS20.0统计学软件进行统计学分析两组患者的护理总满意度、临床症状(流脓涕、头痛、鼻塞、上呼吸道感染和痰多)发生率以及平均住院时间等参数指标。结果 (1)实验组护理总满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)实验组流脓涕、头痛、鼻塞、上呼吸道感染和痰多等临床症状发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)实验组平均住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻内窥镜手术为治疗为慢性鼻窦炎的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the nursing measures of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis. Methods A total of 124 patients with chronic sinusitis who were admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to December 2016 were selected. All the 124 patients were divided into experimental group(62 patients, given comprehensive nursing method) and control group(62 cases, given routine nursing method) according to the random number table method. SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to statistically analyze several indicators such as overall satisfaction, incidence rate of clinical symptoms(running nose with pus, headache, nasal congestion, upper respiratory tract infection and phlegm) and the average length of stay. Results(1)The score of overall satisfaction with nursing in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)The incidence rates of clinical symptoms such as running nose with pus, headache, nasal congestion, upper respiratory tract infection and phlegm were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)The average length of stay in the experimental group was much shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery is an effective method in the treatment of chronic sinusitis.更多还原
