【摘要】 目的探讨个性化健康管理服务对高血压前期患者进行有效防治的作用。方法选取本院登记的96例高血压前期患者,采用随机数字表的方法将患者随机分为两组,即对照组和干预组,每组各48例。对照组患者采用一般性的健康教育方法,而干预组患者进行个性化的健康管理服务进行干预。通过比较两组的血压控制有效率、高血压防治知识了解情况来评价个性化健康管理服务的作用。结果干预组患者的血压有效控制率、高血压防治知识知晓情况和患者在饮食、运动等生活方式优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论个性化的健康管理服务是对高血压前期患者进行防治的有效手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of personalized health management services on the effective prevention and treatment in the patients with prehypertension.Methods A total of 96 patients with prehypertension who were registered in our hospital were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups by random number table,the control group and the intervention group,with 48 patients in each group.The control group was given general health education,and the intervention group was given personalized health management services.The effect of personalized health management services was evaluated by comparing the blood pressure control efficiency and awareness of the knowledge of hypertension prevention and treatment.Results The blood pressure control efficiency,the awareness of the knowledge of hypertension prevention and treatment,and the life style such as diet and exercise in the intervention group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized health management services are an effective method for the prevention and treatment of patients with prehypertension.更多还原
