【摘要】 目的探讨在口腔科当中对需要接受牙种植的患者行以修复膜材料进行骨再生引导所形成的效应,旨在提升牙种植手术的效果。方法在2015年7月~2016年8月期间于我院接受牙种植手术的患者当中择取160例作为研究对象,结合其使用的不同修复膜材料,将其分成A组和B组,A组使用无法吸收的肽膜材料,B组使用可吸收海奥修复膜。比较并探讨两组患者接受牙种植手术之后的效果。结果接受不同的材料牙种植之后,两组患者牙种植的修复成功概率差异有统计学意义;A组患者的并发症发生率高于B组,差异有统计学意义,此外,在种植之后两组的成骨厚度以及植骨高度上也有一定的差异。结论在牙科当中,对于需要接受牙种植手术的患者来说,比起一些无法吸收的材料,使用可吸收材料效果更加理想,且修复的成功概率较高,发生并发症的隐患也比较低,值得进行推广和实践。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of repair membrane material in guiding bone regeneration in patients with dental implantation in the Department of Stomatology, to improve the effect of dental implant surgery. Methods A total of 160 patients who received dental implant surgery in our hospital from July 2015 to August 2016 were chosen as study subjects. And the patients were divided into group A and group B, considering the different repair membrane materials used in the study.The material used in group A was peptide membrane material which can not be absorbed, and the material used in group B was absorbable Haiao repair membrane. The effect of two groups of patients after dental implant surgery was compared and discussed. Results There was a statistically significant difference in the probability of successful restoration of dental implantation between the two groups after implantation of different materials. The incidence of complications in group A was higher than that in group B, and there was a statistically significant difference.In addition, there were certain differences in bone thickness and bone height between the two groups after planting.Conclusion For patients with dental implantation, the use of absorbable material is more desirable than that can not be absorbed in the Department of Stomatology. The success rate of absorbable material is significantly higher, and the risk of complications is lower.The absorbable material is worthy of promotion and practice.更多还原
