【摘要】 目的探讨牙周病戴自锁托槽矫治器正畸治疗对患者龈沟液中细胞因子的影响。方法选择牙周病戴托槽矫治器正畸治疗患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者戴自锁托槽矫治器正畸治疗,对照组戴传统托槽矫治器正畸治疗。测量治疗前后龈沟液含量及龈沟液中前列腺素E2(prostaglandin E2,PGE2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)和白细胞介素-1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)水平。结果观察组和对照组治疗后3 d、治疗后1周、治疗后2周、治疗后4周龈沟液含量、PGE2水平、TNF-α水平、IL-1β水平高于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组治疗后1周、治疗后2周、治疗后4周龈沟液含量、PGE2水平、TNF-α水平、IL-1β水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论牙周病戴托槽矫治器正畸治疗后龈沟液含量、PGE2水平、TNF-α水平、IL-1β水平升高,自锁托槽矫治器正畸治疗有利于降低正畸治疗后龈沟液含量和细胞因子水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of wear self-locking bracketsorthodontic treatment on the cytokines in the gingival crevicular fluid of patients with periodontal disease. Methods 120 periodontal diseasepatients with orthodontic treatment were selected, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the observation group were treated with self-locking brackets orthodontic treatment. The patients in the control group received traditional orthodontic treatment of orthotopic appliance. The gingival crevicular fluid content and the levels of prostaglandin E2(PGE2), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β) in the gingival crevicular fluid before and after treatment were measured. Results The levels of gingival crevula fluid, PGE2, TNF-α and IL-1 in the observation group and the control group at 3 days after treatment, 1 week after treatment, 2 weeks after treatment and 4weeks after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P <0.05), the levels of gingival crevicular fluid, PGE2,TNF-α and IL-1β in the observation group 1 week after treatment, 2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The level of gingival crevicular fluid, PGE2, TNF-αand IL-1β periodontal disease patients after orthodontic treatment are increased. Self-locking brachial orthodontic treatment is beneficial to reduce the level of gingival crevicular fluid and cytokine after orthodontic treatment.更多还原
