【摘要】 目的探讨玉屏风颗粒联合左西替利嗪治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年1月~2016年1月治疗的过敏性鼻炎患者共72例,采用随机数字表法随机分为联合组和对照组,每组36例,两组患者均予左西替利嗪每次5 mg,每天1次,口服。联合组同时加用玉屏风颗粒,每次1包,每天3次,饭前顿服,疗程4周。治疗后对两组的临床疗效进行评价,并比较两组患者治疗前后各项临床表现喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒评分的变化情况。结果联合组治疗后的总有效率97.2%,显著高于对照组的总有效率75.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组患者与对照组患者治疗前的临床症状评分喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合组患者与对照组患者治疗后的临床表现喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒评分分别较治疗前显著降低,且联合组患者治疗后的喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒评分分别为0.78±0.11、0.88±0.23、0.78±0.12、0.65±0.17,分别显著低于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风颗粒联合左西替利嗪中西医结合治疗过敏性鼻炎可以显著提高临床治疗效果,且明显改善患者的临床症状,值得推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yupingfeng granules combined with levocetirizine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods A total of 72 patients with allergic rhinitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into the combination group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were both orally given levocetirizine, 5 mg/time, once a day, po. The combination group was further given Yupingfeng granules at the same time, 1 bag/time, 3 times a day, before meals. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated, and the changes of scores of clinical manifestations such as sneezing,runny nose, nasal congestion, nasal itching before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 97.2% in the combination group after treatment, which was significantly higher than that of 75.0% in the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of sneezing, runny nose, nasal obstruction and nasal itching before treatment in the combination group and the control group(P>0.05). The scores of clinical manifestations of sneezing, runny nose, nasal obstruction and nasal itching after treatment in the combination group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the scores of sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion and nasal itching after the treatment in the combination group were 0.78±0.11, 0.88±0.23, 0.78±0.12 and 0.65±0.17 respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Integrated Chinese and western treatment by Yupingfeng granules combined with levocetirizine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect, and significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, which is worthy of promotion and application.更多还原
