【摘要】 目的比较人性化护理与常规护理两种护理方法在护理质量和护理满意度方面的区别,探讨人性化护理服务应用于产科对产妇护理质量和满意度的影响。方法选取我院2014年1月~2015年1月收治的80例产科住院产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为人性化护理干预组与对照组,比较两组产妇的护理质量评价指标母乳喂养、新生儿红臀、会阴切口感染率及两组产妇干预前后的焦虑心理(SAS)评分、两组产妇对产科护理工作的满意度。结果人性化护理干预组产妇产后母乳喂养率高达95.0%、新生儿红臀发生率仅7.5%、会阴切口感染率仅2.5%,分别与采取常规护理的对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。人性化护理干预组产妇干预后的SAS评分(39.1±11.3)分,分别与干预前及与干预后的采取常规护理的对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。人性化护理干预组产妇对产科护理工作的满意度达97.5%,与采取常规护理的对照组的护理满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理服务应用于产科效果确切,可以提高产妇护理服务质量及护理满意度,缓解产妇的焦虑紧张等心理,从而积极配合治疗和护理工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the difference of humanistic nursing care and conventional care in nursing quality and nursing satisfaction,and to explore the effect of humanistic nursing service on the quality and satisfaction of maternity nursing in the department of obstetrics.Methods 80 cases of hospitalized puerpera who were admitted to the department of obstetrics in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly assigned to the humanized nursing intervention group and control group by the random number table method.The assessment indices for nursing quality were compared between the two groups,such as breastfeeding and the rate of neonatal red buttocks and perineum incision infection.The anxiety score(SAS) before and after the intervention,as well as the satisfaction degree towards the nursing work in the department of obstetrics was compared between the two groups of puerpera.Results The rate of breastfeeding after delivery was 95.0%in puerpera,the incidence rate of red buttock was only 7.5%in neonates and the incidence rate of perineal incision infection was only 2.5%in the humanistic nursing intervention group.The differences were statistically significant compared with those in the control group receiving routine care(P<0.05).The SAS score in the puerpera after the intervention was(39.1±11.3) in the humanistic nursing intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that in the control group receiving routine care before and after the intervention(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of obstetrical nursing was 97.5%in the puerpera in the humanistic nursing intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that in the control group receiving routine care(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing service in obstetrics has an exact effect,which can improve the quality of nursing service and nursing satisfaction in the puerpera,and relieve the anxiety and other physchological effect in the puerpera,so as to actively cooperate with the treatment and nursing work.更多还原
