发展性阅读障碍脑功能连接研究
On the Brain’s Functional Connectivity in Developmental Dyslexia
【摘要】 发展性阅读障碍(Developmental Dyslexia,DD)与大脑功能连接有关,脑功能连接异常影响个体准确觉察与处理阅读过程中的言语与非言语信息。与正常群体相比,DD脑区之间功能连接表现出连接不足、连接过度增强与功能失连接等异常现象。DD异常的脑功能连接受到大脑静态结构及动态功能、个体生理发展成熟水平、脑功能分析方法等多种因素的影响。DD未来的研究趋势体现在综合分析大脑动态功能与静态结构特征、生理成熟与心理发展变化,突出解释DD生物学标志,探讨DD矫正的可能性。
【Abstract】 Developmental dyslexia(DD) is associated with the brain’s functional connectivity, and the brain’s abnormal functional connectivity affects an individual’s accurate perception of and dealing with the verbal and non-verbal information in reading. Compared with typically developing people, those with DD show such abnormalities in their brain areas as insufficient functional connectivity, excessive functional connectivity, and no functional connectivity. The brain’s abnormal functional connectivity is affected by such factors as the brain’s static structure and dynamic functions, an individual’s physiological development, and the analysis of the brain’s functions. The future research into DD tends to analyze the brain’s dynamic functions and static structure, as well as an individual’s physiological maturity and psychological development, highlight the interpretation of DD’s biological markers, and explore the possibility of DD correction.
