【摘要】 在梳理全球尤其是美国、欧盟和澳大利亚危机矿产研究动态和相关政策举措的基础上,初步探讨危机矿产和战略性矿产的联系与区别、危机矿产的基本内涵和主要特征、我国开展危机矿产研究的主要启示等问题。研究认为,有必要借鉴国际上成功的经验和做法,积极探索符合我国实际的危机矿产评估方法和模型,从备选矿种入手对我国当前的危机矿产进行评估,促进矿产资源的合理开发、有效利用和科学保护,为国土资源部门加强矿政管理提供决策参考,为矿业公司尤其是勘查公司优化生产经营提供指南。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the crisis mineral resources research progress and related policies of the US, the EU and Australia, this paper discussed the relation and distinction between the crisis mineral resources and the strategic mineral resources, the essential connotation and main characteristics of the crisis mineral resources, inspired the crisis mineral resources research of China. This paper suggested that it’s necessary to learn from international successful practices for exploring the crisis mineral resources evaluating method and model in line with Chinese reality. Evaluating our crisis mineral resources from the alternative minerals, this paper brought forward some suggestion for rational development, effective protection and utilization of mineral resources in China, which will be valuable for the land and resources management policy-making, and also providing guidelines for the production and management of geological prospecting corporation.更多还原
