大田柑橘根区土壤温湿度数据采集系统设计与研究
Design and Research on the Soil Temperature and Humidity Data Acquisition System of Citrus’ Root Zone
【摘要】 基于PLC、HMI、传感器等设备开发了一套可以长期监测土壤湿温度的自动采集系统。整个系统分为:数据监测层、数据处理层、数据记录层等三个环节。柑橘根部土壤温湿度值经过检测、传递、处理等过程以报表的的形式保存到存储介质中。结合柑橘的实际生长情况,该系统获得的数据有利于探寻出一种适宜大田柑橘生长的土壤温湿度环境。
【Abstract】 This paper comes with a design of an automatic acquisition system to monitor soil moisture and temperature in the long term on the basis of PLC, HMI, sensors and other equipment. The whole system can be divided into three parts, namely, data monitoring, data processing and data recording. Through detection, transmission, processing, etc., the soil moisture and temperature of the citrus’ root zone are stored in the storage medium in the form of a report. According to the actual growth of citrus, the data obtained from this system is conducive to figure out a suitable soil temperature and humidity environment for it.
