含张紧轮和单向离合器的轮-带系统稳态响应

【摘要】 研究含有单向离合器以及张紧轮的轮-带传动系统的稳定稳态周期响应。建立含有单向离合装置的,由主、从动轮、张紧轮、张紧器以及多楔带组成的三轮-带动力学模型。该模型中,滑轮和附件轴间通过单向离合器传递扭矩。考虑带的轴向弹性刚度以及各轮轴处阻尼的作用,建立三轮耦合、分段连续的控制方程。采用谐波平衡法分析轮-带系统在简谐激励下的耦合非线性振动的稳定稳态响应。通过比较有无单向离合装置的系统稳定稳态幅频响应曲线,研究单向离合装置对轮-带传动系统非线性动态特性的影响。并运用Runge-Kutta方法直接数值求解系统的时间历程,进而对比验证基于谐波平衡法得到的稳态响应分析结果。

【Abstract】 The steady-state periodic response of pulley-belt system with a one-way clutch and a tension pulley is studied.A dynamic model for a three pulley-belt accessory drive system with a one-way clutch,a driving pulley,a driven pulley,a translating belt,a tension air,a tension pulley and accessory systems,are established.In the model,the driven pulley and the accessory system are coupled by the one-way clutch.The effect of the axial stiffness of the belts and the damping of the pulleys are considered to establish the piece-wise continuous equations which are coupled by three pulleys.The steady-state responses of the coupled vibration of the belt-drive system are investigated by the numerical harmonic balance method.Besides,the effects of the one-way clutch on the power system are studied by comparing the frequency-response curve of the translating belt with and without one-way clutch device.The time histories of the belt-drive system are investigated by the Runge-Kutta algorithm.Furthermore,the steady-state responses based on the harmonic balance method are confirmed.
