支座病害对大跨度钢桁梁桥的振动影响研究

【摘要】 支座是桥梁结构的重要构件,其技术状况优劣直接影响到桥梁整体和列车的运营安全。针对朔黄铁路64 m单线下承式钢桁梁中出现的固定支座上座板与桁梁连接角钢断裂病害,采用数值模拟分析和现场试验相结合的方法,开展支座病害对大跨度钢桁梁桥振动特性影响研究,分析支座病害成因并设计整治措施,通过现场试验完成病害整治效果验证。研究结果表明:重载运输快速发展导致支座发生连接角钢断裂病害,支座病害改变了约束状况和桥梁结构受力特点,列车过桥时桥跨结构横向振动和竖向振动明显加剧,数值模拟结果和现场试验数据均验证了这一规律;通过拆除并更换原有连接角钢、抬高病害支座高程并保证支座水平等措施能完成病害整治,整治完成后桥跨振动显著降低,减振效果最大达到30%,效果显著。

【Abstract】 Bearings are important components of a bridge structure and their technical status directly affects the whole bridge and train running’s operation safety. Here,aiming at the broken angle steel connecting between bearing and truss girder of a 64 m single-line steel truss bridge of Shuo-huang railway,the method of field tests combined with numerical simulation was adopted to study the influences of bearing damage on the vibration characteristics of the large span steel truss bridge,to analyze damage causes,to design renovation measures,and to verify the damage control effect with on-site tests. The results of numerical simulation and field tests showed that heavy-haul transportation development causes the connecting angle steel fracture damage of a bearing; the bearing damage changes constraint conditions and stress characteristics of the bridge structure,train’s passing through the bridge causes transverse vibration and vertical one of the bridge to significantly go up; the bearing damage can be eliminated by replacing the original connection angle steel,improving the elevation of the bearing,and ensuring the bearing to be horizontal,then the bridge vibration can be decreased by 30% after renovations are completed.
