【摘要】 目的对云南松Pinus yunnanensis的化学成分进行研究。方法采用甲醇冷浸提取,再依次用石油醚、醋酸乙酯萃取,对石油醚和醋酸乙酯萃取部分采用各种柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据分析(MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR)进行结构鉴定。结果从云南松枝条甲醇提取物的石油醚和醋酸乙酯萃取部分分离鉴定了14个化合物,分别为(7R,8R)-7,8-dihydro-3′-hydroxyl-7-(4-hydroxyl-3-methoxyphenyl)-8-hydroxymethyl-1′-benzofuranpropanol-4-O-(3-O-methyl-α-L-rhamnopyranoside)(1)、赤松素(2)、4-豆甾烯-3-酮(3)、山柰酚(4)、异海松醇(5)、槲皮素(6)、5,7-二羟基-双氢槲皮素(7)、双氢槲皮素(8)、3-羟基-5-甲氧基均二苯代乙烯(9)、百里醌-5-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)、淫羊藿次苷E4(11)、3,4-二甲氧基苯基-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(12)、黑五味子苷(13)、β-谷甾醇(14)。结论化合物1、3~7、10~13均为首次从云南松植物中分离得到。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the chemical constituents of Pinus yunnanensis. Methods The whole plant of air-dried P. yunnanensis was extracted with methnol. The methnol extract was suspended in H2 O and extracted with petroleum, ethyl acetate, and n-Bu OH, successively. The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography from the petroleum and ethyl acetate fractions, and identified based on spectral analyses(MS, 1D-and 2D-NMR, IR, UV). Results Fourteen compounds were isolated from P. yunnanensis and characterized as(7R,8R)-7,8-dihydro-3′-hydroxyl-7-(4-hydroxyl-3-methoxyphenyl)-8-hydroxymethyl-1′-benzofuranpropanol-4-O-(3-O-methyl-α-L-rhamnopyranoside)(1), pinosylvine(2), stigmast-4-en-3-one(3), kaempferol(4), isopimarinol(5), quercetin(6), pinocembrin(7), taxifilin(8), 3-hydroxyl-5-methoxy-stilbene(9), 5-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-thymoquinol(10), icariside E4(11), 3,4-dimethoxyphenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(12), schizandriside(13), and β-stitosterol(14). Conclusion Compounds 1, 3—7, and 10—13 are obtained from Pinus yunnanensis Lamb. for the first time.
