【Abstract】 Peroxisome proliferators-activated receptors(PPARs) are ligand activated transcription factors belonging to the nuclear receptor superfamily, including three subtypes(α, β, and γ). PPARs are responsible for a variety of metabolic processes in the cell, and the occurrence of metabolic syndrome and other diseases may be related to the abnormal regulation, which has become a hot research target in the medical and biological fields.
