【摘要】 目的探讨封闭式负压引流在糖尿病足患者治疗中的作用及护理要点。方法选取38例糖尿病足患者,应用封闭式引流术治疗并给予科学的护理措施,总结在护理过程中常见问题的处理方法。护理重点是在糖尿病基础护理上,注意维持创面的负压及引流管的通畅。结果 38例行闭式引流术治疗的患者,除3例发生引流管堵塞,重新更换引流装置外,其他患者创面肉芽组织生长良好,二期植皮全部成活。结论封闭式负压引流术应用于糖尿病足的治疗中,既可减少换药次数,减轻患者痛苦,避免交叉感染机会,又能促进肉芽组织生长,加快创口愈合,缩短患者住院天数,是糖尿病足安全有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the role and nursing points of closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of diabetic foot patients. Methods 38 patients with diabetic foot were treated with closed negative pressure drainage and scientific nursing measures, and given to summarize the treatment of common problems in nursing process. To fouce on the basic care of diabetes, pay attention to maintaining the negative pressure of the wound and drainage tube patency. Results Within 38 cases of closed negative pressure drainage, in addition to 3 cases of drainage tube blockage to re-replace drainage device, the wounds granulation tissue of other patients grew well, and the second phase of skin graft all survived. Conclusion Closed negative pressure drainage is used in the treatment of diabetic foot, and it’s the safe and effective treatment for diabetic foot to reduce the number of dressing, reduce the pain of patients, avoid cross infection opportunities, promote granulation tissue growth, speed up wound healing, shorten hospitalization time.更多还原
