【Abstract】 With the intensive IT-application and the dynamic change of internal and external environment,the study on business-IT alignment should be more focusing on its dynamic characteristics and evolution law. With the framework of the business-IT alignment and the evolution nine-path model building,this paper is bound to explain the promotion of external perception and alignment conduction by the external dynamic capability,and the internal-to-external evolution conduction process. Furthermore,it also explains the impact of internal dynamic capability on internal alignment and evolution process. Based on these researches,suggestions in five aspects are proposed about how the companies cope with problems concerning the business-IT alignment.更多还原
