安徽省韭菜韭蛆为害分布调查和种类鉴定

【摘要】 经取样调查,发现韭蛆在安徽省主要韭菜种植区均有分布。但北部地区韭蛆为害相对较重,不防治可造成韭菜成片死亡,损失可达30%以上;南部地区韭蛆数量很少,基本不造成为害,韭菜损失一般在5%以下。采集安徽省内韭蛆为害较重的北部4市7个韭菜种植点韭蛆样品,通过扩增韭蛆中COI和Cytb的序列片段鉴定韭蛆种类,并分析了不同地理种群韭蛆间的遗传差异。结果显示,7个韭蛆地理种群均为韭菜迟眼蕈蚊(Bradysia odoriphaga),且不同地理种群之间的遗传差异较小,只有Majing(马井)种群的COI基因在552和563两个位点的与其他种群有差异,Yanji(颜集)种群的Cytb基因在226,378,397,415的4个位点与其他种群有差异。

【Abstract】 In order to clarify distribution and species of Chinese chive maggot in Anhui province, we investigated the main chive planting areas in Anhui province. It was found that Chinese chive maggot distributed in the whole province but only caused serious damage in its northern areas, where chive would cause more than 30% loss without pesticide control.However, in the south of the province, Chinese chive maggots were less destructive with loss of less than 5%. So we collected 7 Chinese chive maggot samples in the northern areas in Anhui, and identified their species through amplification of COI and Cytb gene sequence and analyzed the genetic difference among the geographic populations. The results showed that all the samples were Bradysia odoriphaga, with small genetic difference among the geographical populations. COI gene sequence of Majing population was different from other populations at sites of 552 and 563, while Cytb gene sequence of Yanji population was different from other populations at sites of 226, 378, 397 and 415.
