【摘要】 患者男,52岁,双下肢色素脱失斑10年,继发淡红色斑块、结节3个月。皮肤科情况:双胫骨前大片状或点状白斑,散在浸润性淡红色斑块、结节,局部坚实肿胀,加压无凹陷,毛孔粗大呈橘皮样外观,毳毛旺盛粗黑。淡红色斑块组织病理示:胫前黏液性水肿;甲状腺功能检查符合甲亢。诊断:白癜风合并甲亢及胫前黏液性水肿。予甲亢相关治疗后甲亢控制,胫前黏液水肿轻微改善,白癜风无进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 52-year-old male complained of depigmentation for 10 years,and pink plaques and nodules on the legs for3 months. Physical examination showed large macules and dots with infiltrated pink plaques and nodules on the pretibial area. Firm,nonpitting edema and prominent hair follicles made skin appear as orange peel. Histopathological examination of the pink plaques suggested pretibial myxedema. Thyroid function tests showed hyperthyroidism. The diagnosis of vitiligo accompanied with hyperthyroidism and pretibial myxedema was made. Anti-hyperthyroid medication alleviated hyperthyroidism and pretibial myxedema,but not vitiligo.更多还原
