【摘要】 患者男,72岁,右侧臀部黑色斑片3年,快速增大伴破溃3月余。皮肤科情况:右侧臀部见一4cm×3cm大黑色斑块,界清,表面破溃结痂。皮损组织病理学检查:肿瘤位于真皮浅层,与表皮相连,由基底样细胞团块构成,周边细胞呈栅栏状排列,可见收缩间隙,肿瘤团块内及间质内见多数色素颗粒及噬色素细胞。肿瘤细胞CK5/6弥漫阳性,Ber-EP4局灶性阳性。诊断为浅表性色素性基底细胞癌。确诊后给予扩大手术切除治疗,目前患者在随访中。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 72-year-old Chinese man presented with a black patch on the right side of the buttock for 3 years,which rapidly grew in size with ulceration in recent 3 months. Physical examination showed a well-defined,4. 0 cm× 3. 0 cm black plaque with an ulcerated surface. Histopathology revealed that the tumor was composed of basaloid cells lobules which projects from the lower margin of the epidermis. The retraction artifact and a peripheral palisade were present. Melanin was present both within tumor cells and in stromal macrophages. Immunohistochemistry of tumor cells were diffusely positive for CK5/6 and locally positive for Ber-EP4.A final diagnose of pigmented superficial basal cell carcinoma was made. An extended excision of the entire lesions was performed on the patient. The patient was in follow-up.更多还原
