【摘要】 患者女,11岁。左小腿内侧斑块伴疼痛10年。皮肤科情况:左小腿内侧可见多处黄豆大小的咖色丘疹、结节,部分融合成约3~5cm大小的斑块,沿Blaschko线状分布,有毛发分布,局部可见散在汗液,压之无退色,有轻微压痛感。皮损组织病理示:表皮角化过度伴不全角化,棘层呈轻度乳头瘤样增生,真皮深层可见大量结构正常的小汗腺增生,周围间质黏液沉积。诊断:黏液性小汗腺痣。更多还原

【Abstract】 An 11-year-old female presented with eleven-year history of plaque with pain on her left medial thigh. Physical examination showed that there are multiple soya bean-size,coffee colored papules and nodules inside the left leg. Some of them are fused into 3-5cm-size plaques distributed along Blaschko line and with hair,scattered with sweat,pressed without fading,and with slight tenderness. Histopathological findings revealed that hyperkeratosis of epidermis with incomplete keratinization. Stratum spinosumr showed mild papillary hyperplasia. A large number of normal eccrine sweat glands can be seen in the deep dermis,surrounding with stroma mucus deposition. The diagnosis of mucinous eccrine nevus was made.更多还原
