【Abstract】 A 71-year-old female complained with five-year duration of numerous 1 ~ 5mm skin-colored papules on both lower eyelids. Histological examination in dermis revealed that clear cells arranged in ductal and epithelial cords,and some cells presented with tadpole morphology. Immunohistologic staining of cell-arranged cords and substance within the cord showed positive CEA and PAS. The diagnosis was clear cell syringoma.更多还原
