2008-2013年广西部分地区性病门诊患者淋球菌临床分离菌株的耐药监测
Antimicrobial Resistance Profiles of Neisseria Gonorrhoeae Isolates From Guangxi During 2008 to 2013
【摘要】 目的分析2008-2013年广西地区淋病患者临床分离菌株对WHO建议监测的五种抗生素的敏感性。方法从广西地区性病门诊患者尿道或宫颈收集分泌物培养,通过纸片酸度定量法测定β-内酰胺酶,琼脂稀释法测定头孢曲松、大观霉素、环丙沙星和四环素的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果 2008-2013年从性病门诊淋病患者中共收集临床分离菌株329株,未发现头孢曲松和大观霉素的耐药菌株,而发现头孢曲松低敏菌株有133(40.43%)株。有321(97.57%)株菌株对环丙沙星耐药。TRNG菌株和PPNG菌株阳性菌株数目分别为168(51.06%)株和77(23.40%)株。结论 2008-2013年期间来自广西地区淋病患者的菌株对大观霉素和头孢曲松敏感,适合作为本地区治疗淋病患者的一线药物,但是要注意头孢曲松的治疗效果;对环丙沙星高度耐药,TRNG菌株和PPNG菌株阳性率也有一定比例,可能与青霉素和四环素的使用有关。
【Abstract】 Objective To monitor the susceptibility and resistance to five WHO-suggested antimicrobials in Neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG) urogenital isolates from patients with symptomatic urethritis / cervicitis in Guangxi,2008-2013. Methods NG isolates were collected from the urethra or cervix uteri of patients with urethritis / cervicitis. The production of β-lactamase by NG isolates was determined by paper acidometric testing,and minimum inhibitory concentrations(MICs) were evaluated by using agar dilution for ceftriaxone(CRO),sepctinomycin(SPT),ciprofloxacin(CIP) and tetracycline(TER),respectively. Results A total of 329 NG isolates from gonorrhea cases were examined. There was none of isolates identified to be resistant to CRO and SPT,however,decreased susceptibility to CRO was found in 133 isolates(40. 43%). There were 321 isolates(97. 57%) resistant to CIP. Of all isolates,there were 168 TRNG(51. 06%) and 77 PPNG strains(23. 40%) demonstrated respectively. Conclusion Antimicrobials susceptibility profile demonstrated that NG strains isolated in Guangxi were still susceptible to SPT,and CRO,which could be safely recommended as first-line antimicrobial agents for treating gonorrhea,however,more attention should be paid when administering CRO because some NG isolates showed decreased susceptibility to CRO. Resistance to CIP and penicillin in NG isolates had started emerging in Guangxi during 2008 to 2013,suggesting that it has become imperative to reduce the misuse of penicillin and tetracycline and prevent further emergence and spread of antimicrobial resistance.
