【摘要】 目的检测RBM8A在不同结肠癌细胞株中的表达,为进一步体外实验筛选靶细胞。方法采用实时定量反转录聚合酶连锁反应(q RT-PCR)法以及蛋白免疫印迹(Western-blot)法检测RBM8A在结肠癌细胞株SW480、SW620、HT29、LOVO、COLO320DM、T84及人正常结肠上皮细胞株NCM460中的表达。结果 RBM8A在7株细胞株中均有表达,其中在结肠癌细胞株SW620和COLO320DM中的表达高于正常细胞株,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而其余细胞株中RBM8A的表达与正常细胞株差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 RBM8A在结肠癌细胞株SW620和COLO320DM中高表达,SW620和COLO320DM细胞株或可作为靶细胞。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect RBM8 A expression in human colon carcinoma cell lines in order to select the most appropriate cell line for further study. Methods RBM8 A expression was examined in the following cell lines using quantitative RT-PCR and Western blotting:SW480,SW620,HT29,LOVO,COLO320 DM,T84,and NCM460 enterocytes. Results RBM8 A m RNA and protein were detected in all seven cell lines. RBM8 A expression was higher in SW620 and COLO320 DM cell lines than in normal enterocytes(P<0.05).Expression was similar between the normal enterocyte cell line and other cell lines(P>0.05). Conclusion RBM8 A expression is higher in SW620 and COLO320 DM cell lines,so they may be more suitable for more extensive laboratory studies.更多还原
