中药饲料添加剂对断奶仔猪血清生化指标的影响

【摘要】 为研究自制中药饲料添加剂对断奶仔猪血清生化指标的影响,选择(30±1)日龄、身体状况一致、体重相近、健康的300头大白断奶仔猪,随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复50头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂基础饲粮+自制中药饲料添加剂500 mg/kg。试验期45 d,其中预试期5 d,正试期40 d。结果显示,试验组的铜-锌超氧化物歧化酶(Cu-Zn SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn SOD)、血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLO)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)含量分别比对照组显著高10.40 U/m L、5.28 U/m L、11.87 U/m L、14.20 U/m L、7.36 g/L、3.89 g/L、5.94 g/L、5.22 U/L和9.44 U/L;丙二醛(MDA)含量比对照组显著低2.43 U/m L。结论:试验所设计的中药饲料添加剂能够改善断奶仔猪的血液生化指标,为断奶仔猪的健康养殖提供了参考。

【Abstract】 The feeding test was conducted to evaluate the effect of Chinese medicine feed additive on serum biochemical indexes of weaned piglets. 300 weaned piglets which were(30±1) days were randomly assigned to 2 groups,each group had 3 repeats,each repeat had 50 weaned piglets. Control group was provided with basic diet,while test group was fed with basic diets added to 500 mg/kg Chinese medicine feed additive for 40 days.The results showed that the content of Cu-Zn SOD,CAT,T-SOD,Mn SOD,TP,ALB,GLO,GPT and GOT in serum of test group were higher than control group 10.40 U/m L,5.28 U/m L,11.87 U/m L,14.20 U/m L,7.36 g/L,3.89 g/L,5.94 g/L,5.22 U/L,9.44 U/L respectively(P<0.05),the content of MDA of test group were lower than control group 2.43 U/m L(P<0.05).The conclusion of the test was Chinese medicine feed additive can effectively improve serum biochemical indexes of weaned piglet.
