【摘要】 目的研究增液汤对便秘模型大鼠血清胃动素(MTL)和生长抑素(SS)含量的影响,在胃肠激素方面探讨增液汤治疗便秘的作用机制。方法将60只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、麻仁胶囊组、增液汤低、中、高剂量组。除正常组外,其余各组复方地芬诺酯混悬液灌胃复制大鼠便秘模型,模型成功后,分别给药7 d,于第8 d取腹主动脉血,ELISA法检测血清MTL、SS含量。结果与正常组相比较,模型组MTL含量明显下降(P<0.05),SS含量明显增加(P<0.01)。与模型组相比较,麻仁胶囊组可显著上调MTL含量(P<0.01),并明显下调其SS含量(P<0.05)。增液汤低、中、高剂量组MTL含量均明显高于模型组(P<0.05),SS含量均明显低于模型组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论增液汤通过调节血清MTL、SS的含量,以促进胃肠道蠕动,达到治疗便秘的目的。增液汤治疗便秘的作用机制可能与调控MTL、SS有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of Fluid-increasing Decoction on serum motilin( MTL) and somatostatin( SS) in constipation rats and explore the mechanism of Fluid-increasing Decoction in treating constipation. Methods: 60 SD rats were randomly divided into a normal group,a model group,a Maren capsule group and a Fluid-increasing Decoction groups with low,medium and high dose.Except the normal group,the other groups were intragastrically administrated with diphenoxylate suspension to replicate constipation rat models. After the models were made successfully and respectively given the drug for 7 days,and on the 8 th day abdominal aorta blood was taken. ELISA was used to detect the content of serum MTL and SS. Results: Compared with that in the normal group,MTL content in model group decreased significantly( P < 0. 05) and SS content increased significantly( P < 0. 01). Compared with that in the model group,MTL content in Maren capsule group significantly up-regulated( P < 0. 01),and its SS content significantly down-regulated( P< 0. 05). The MTL contents in Fluid-increasing Decoction groups with low,medium and high dose were significantly higher than those in model group( P < 0. 05),and SS content was significantly lower than that in model group( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Fluid-increasing Decoction can regulate the content of serum MTL and SS to promote gastrointestinal motility and achieve the goal of treating constipation. The mechanism of Fluid-increasing Decoction for the treatment of constipation may be related to the regulation of MTL and SS.更多还原
