【摘要】 近五年来,洞庭湖江豚保护工作在民间组织助推江豚保护、增值放流、"洞庭风雷"行动、湘江综合治理、"迁地保护"项目顺利实施等方面取得了明显进展,但非法捕捞行为层出不穷,"九龙治水"现象依然存在,渔民健康状况令人担忧,为此,各级政府应积极采取成立流域管理机构、全面实施渔民转产转业、实施科学监管和进一步加大宣传力度等应对措施,以促进江豚的良好生存和进一步被保护。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the past five years,finless porpoise protection makes great progress through leading citizens to protect finless porpoise and involving in Dongting lake protection activities,governing Xiang River comprehensively and implementing moving protection.But because of the phenomenon of various water controlling type and illegal fishing behavior existed in,which will affect the fisher health status.Therefore,it is suggested in this paper that the government should take measures to further protect finless porpoise and survive better,through building basin management institution,leading fisher to transfer industries and supervising rationally and being popularized well.更多还原
