【摘要】 目的:分析2006~2016年岳阳地区胃癌发病情况。方法:收集826例在岳阳市二人民医院诊断为胃癌的患者资料,比较分析不同性别、年龄段胃癌患者的分布情况及临床病理学差异,探讨近十年来岳阳地区胃癌发病的新特点。结果:1)各年龄段总平均,男女比例为2.3:1。2)胃癌的发病率男女均随着年龄增长而升高,51~70岁为高峰年龄段;40岁以下女性发病多于男性,40岁以上则相反。3)胃癌的好发部位为胃窦及胃体部,其次是胃角、胃底和贲门部。4)男女性各年龄段的组织学类型皆以中、低分化腺癌为主,且年龄越小,癌细胞分化越差。结论:岳阳地区近十年来胃癌的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,不同性别、年龄的胃癌患者呈现出不同的临床病理学特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the incidence of gastric cancer in Yueyang region during 2006-2016 years.Methods: Collect826 cases diagnosed as gastric cancer patients in The Second People’s Hospital of Yueyang,comparison and analysis of the distribution and clinical pathological difference according to different gender and age of patients with gastric cancer were to explore new characteristics of the incidence of gastric cancer in recent ten year.Result: The total average age,male to female ratio is 2.3:1.The incidence of gastric cancer both male and female increased by their age,the peak age is of 51~70 years old,and female is more than male under the age of 40 years,on the contrary beyond 40 years old.The predilection site of gastric carcinoma of gastric antrum and body of stomach,followed by gastric and gastric fundus and cardia angle.The men and women of all ages with histological type and low differentiated adenocarcinoma,and the younger,the worse cancer cell differentiates.Conclusion: The incidence of gastric cancer has been increasing year by year in the past ten years in Yueyang,moreover,the gastric cancer patients with different sexes and ages also have different clinical pathological features.更多还原
