【摘要】 企业发展离不开科技创新,大企业拥有科技人才和研发平台的优势,中小企业由于科技人才缺乏,缺失创新动力和发展源泉,而高校技术人才和信息资源优势明显,故有必要在两者之间建立联系系统。该文设计一种服务中小企业的高校专家咨询系统,采用浏览器/服务器(B/S)结构模式,利用SQL Server数据库和ASP技术,实现用户通过浏览、搜索以及表单查询的方式均可获得咨询专家的技术支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprise development is depended by the science and technology innovation, large enterprises have the advantage of a scientific and technological personnel and research and development platform, but small and medium-sized enterprises are poor in innovation and development power for the reason of the lack of scientific and technological personnel, therefore it’s necessary to establish connected system between the enterprises and the colleges and universities that possess technical personnel and information resources. A kind of expert consulting system served for small and medium-sized enterprise is designed in the paper, and adopting the browser/Server(B/S) structure model and using SQL Server database and ASP technology for the user, can consult professional technology support in browsing, search and QBF way.更多还原
